Private Jones

Inspired by the true story a deaf Welsh sniper in World War One, Private Jones uses live onstage sound foley and ensemble storytelling to tell the story of a deaf soldier from his perspective. The story follows young Gomer as he fakes his way through enlistment, training camp, and into a horrifying and unique war that’s made all that much more unique because he can’t hear what’s coming next.

A Girl and a Boy Dance

A Girl and a Boy Dance is the story of two friends who meet in a Virginia dance class when they’re 10 years old, and it follows them for thirty years. It’s a love story, but probably not the one you’re expecting - all Caroline ever wants is to be a great dancer, but she never quite will. Mikey IS a great dancer, but all he ever wants is to be with Caroline as more than a friend. He never will.

As the characters age, they are replaced by a series of older actors. At the beginning of the show, the older actors play the previous generation. At the end of the show, the younger actors play the next.
